DIRECTOR

As the marketing director at Robinson Brokerage Firm, Allie Kace oversees the firm’s marketing strategy and communications. She is responsible for creating and managing digital and print materials that highlight RBF’s services while supporting client engagement. Allie develops content for the firm’s website and social media platforms. Through creativity and attention to detail, Allie ensures RBF’s marketing efforts effectively showcase the firm’s values and expertise.

SHANA ROBINSON

President & CEO

     Shana Robinson is the President of Robinson Brokerage Firm.  She manages Production, Team Development, Enterprise Expansion, Product Development and National initiatives.  Shana has an extensive expertise with managing Education Institutions and their medical spend.  She provides innovative solutions across the region with financial forecasting through process resolution.  

     Shana has worked in the industry for over 29 years as a previous Hospital Executive with a fortune 500 company, as Chief Development Officer responsible for growth for a $6 billion company.  She created and operationalized a Network and Wellness program with 17 on-site clinics located across the state.  

     Shana also had a leadership role with Bayer Pharmaceutical and Briston Myers with a territory from Austin to Oklahoma. She earned her Bachelor degree from The University of Texas San Antonio.

RICARDO AVENDANO

Ricardo Avendano is an Account Executive at Robinson Brokerage Firm in Middle and Large markets.  He is responsible for Commercial, Property and Casualty solutions and Employee Benefits.  He provides client solutions in the market and manages client growth.  Ricardo works closely with technology partners, key lines of business, carrier relationship and cyber security.  He provides leadership over maximizing client utilization of digital information for key lines of business.  Ricardo has worked in the banking industry for over 20 years.  He transitioned into Property and Casualty over 10 years ago as an owner and producer.  He holds a Real Estate license and is a resource across insurance and P&C, individual’s policies and Real Estate.

Steven Quinn is the Account Manager at Robinson Brokerage Firm. He is responsible for supporting clients with their employee benefits and ensuring their day-to-day needs are met. Steven manages client communications, assists with renewals, and provides solutions to keep benefits running smoothly. He is accountable for building strong client relationships, handling service requests, and maintaining RBF’s commitment to quality service.

Jackson Robinson is a Sales Executive at Robinson Brokerage Firm.  He is responsible for managing RBF’s day to day client accounts and customer interfacing.  He provides solutions for employees interacting with carriers, managing medical coverage or looking for alternatives.  Jackson will be initiating expanded services at RBF.  Jackson has recently earned his Bachelor’s degree, while playing college basketball at Hardin-Simmons University.
